The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP), has released the admit cards for the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (UPJEE) Polytechnic 2026 for all the streams. Previously, admit cards were released for candidates belonging to Groups A, E1 (Bio), and E2 (Mathematics) can now access their hall tickets through the official admission portal.The release of the admit card marks a crucial step for thousands of candidates preparing to appear for the state-level polytechnic entrance examination. Students are advised to download their hall tickets at the earliest and verify all details mentioned on them before the examination.

Revised examination schedule announced

JEECUP has also confirmed the revised examination schedule for the entrance test. Earlier planned between May 15 and May 22, the examination will now be conducted from June 2 to June 9, 2026.The examination will be held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode and candidates will have the option of taking the test in either English or Hindi.

Candidates can access their admit cards online by following these steps:

  • Go to the official JEECUP website, jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
  • Click on the “JEECUP Admit Card 2026” link on the homepage.
  • Enter the application number and password or date of birth.
  • Click on the submit button.
  • The admit card will appear on the screen.
  • Download the document and take a printout for examination purposes.

Candidates should carefully check all information printed on the hall ticket after downloading it.

JEECUP admit card 2026: Details mentioned on the hall ticket

The JEECUP admit card contains important information that candidates will need on the day of the examination. These details include: Candidate’s name, roll number, examination date and time, examination centre address, photograph, and signature. Any discrepancy in the information should be reported to the concerned authorities immediately.

JEECUP 2026 exam pattern

The entrance examination will consist of objective-type multiple-choice questions. Each paper will contain a total of 100 questions carrying four marks each.Key highlights of the examination pattern are:

  • Four marks will be awarded for every correct answer.
  • One mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
  • No marks will be deducted for unanswered questions.

Candidates must carry the following documents and items to the examination venue: Printed copy of JEECUP admit card 2026, Valid government-issued photo identity card, recent passport-size photograph, transparent ballpoint pen.Failure to carry the required documents may result in candidates being denied entry to the examination hall.
