BENGALURU: Metro services on the Purple Line face a temporary disruption on Friday morning following a suicide attempt at Kengeri station.As a result, trains are operating only up to Mysore Road station, while services beyond Mysore Road towards Challaghatta remain suspended, according to BMRCL.Metro authorities have informed passengers about the disruption and urged them to plan their travel accordingly. Commuters have faced delays as the situation is managed.
Later, services between Jnana Bharathi and Challaghatta are fully restored by 9.40 am. Train operations across the entire Purple Line have now returned to normal schedules.
