NIMCET 2026 admit card will be available for download from May 27 to June 6, 2026, as per the official schedule. Candidates appearing for the Common Entrance National Level Test for admission to the Master of Computer Applications programme in National Institutes of Technology will be able to access their hall tickets through the official NIMCET portal using their login credentials. The examination is scheduled to be conducted on June 6 from 2 PM to 4 PM at designated centres across the country.The MCA programme offered through participating institutes is designed to align with requirements of information technology firms in India and abroad. Admission to National Institutes of Technology at Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Delhi, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Meghalaya, Patna, Raipur, Tiruchirappalli and Warangal, along with Indian Institute of Information Technology centres at Bhopal and Vadodara, is based solely on the rank obtained in NIMCET 2026. The curriculum and syllabus focus on foundational computing concepts, software development and applied systems training.Admit card download window and login processCandidates will be able to download the admit card by visiting the official NIMCET login page and entering their user ID and password. After completing captcha verification, the admit card link will appear on the dashboard. The hall ticket must be downloaded and printed for examination purposes. Candidates are advised to use a laser printer for clear output. In case of difficulty in accessing the admit card, applicants may contact the helpdesk via email at helpdesknimcet26@nitt.edu with application number and fee payment proof for resolution.Examination schedule and test centre detailsNIMCET 2026 examination will be held on June 6 between 2 PM and 4 PM at allotted test centres across India. Candidates must report with a printed admit card along with a valid government issued photo identity proof for verification at entry points. Entry without required documents will not be permitted at examination venues. The examination will serve as the qualifying test for admission to MCA programmes offered by participating institutes.Counselling and admission timelineNIMCET 2026 admission process will continue after examination with answer key challenge window from June 10 to June 11. Result is tentatively on June 29 at 5 PM. Counselling registration and choice filling will run June 30 to July 3 with Rs 1000 fee. First allotment on July 6, followed by online reporting July 7 to July 10. Upgradation rounds follow in July. Vacant seats on July 21, special registration July 22 to July 24. Final reporting after July 27 scheduled period.
