KVS NVS Tier-2 Result 2026: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the Tier-II recruitment examination results for Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Physics, Vice Principal and Stenographer Grade-II posts under the KVS and NVS Recruitment Drive 2025. The latest results were declared on August 23, 2026, as part of the phased release.The recruitment is being conducted under Advertisement No. RECTT. NOTIFICATION/01/2025. Candidates can view their individual result or shortlisting status, as applicable to their post, by logging into the application portal.Posts covered in the latest resultThe latest declaration covers PGT Physics under the teaching category, along with Vice Principal and Stenographer Grade-II under non-teaching posts. The CBSE has been releasing Tier-II results in phases for the recruitment drive. Its recruitment portal lists earlier result phases released from August 17 onwards.The Tier-II written examinations were conducted from March 27 to March 31, 2026. The final answer keys were subsequently issued in phases, with the first answer key release dated May 13, 2026. The recruitment drive covers more than 15,000 teaching and non-teaching vacancies across KVS and NVS.How candidates can check their resultCandidates should open the KVS-NVS recruitment application portal and select the candidate login option. They must enter their registration number and password, complete the CAPTCHA and access the result or shortlisting information displayed in their account.KVS-NVS candidate login portalCandidates who have been shortlisted for a subsequent stage should follow the instructions issued for their respective post. The recruitment notification specifies that the selection stages vary according to the post, including interview, skill test, document verification and medical examination.Marks and next stage detailsFor posts where an interview is part of the selection process, the Tier-II result indicates the candidate’s status for shortlisting to the interview. Since the selection process continues after shortlisting, marksheets for such posts will be made available within 15 days from publication of the final result, after completion of the interview process.For posts without an interview, Tier-II marks are made available through the respective candidate login along with the result declaration. Candidates should retain their result details and application records for subsequent recruitment formalities.Recruitment examination coverageThe Tier-II evaluation involved more than 2.1 lakh descriptive answer books across 68 disciplines. Earlier phases included results for several PGT and TGT subjects and non-teaching posts. The CBSE has been publishing phase-wise results and final answer keys through its recruitment section.The latest declaration therefore adds PGT Physics, Vice Principal and Stenographer Grade-II to the posts for which Tier-II result information has been released under the recruitment drive.Note: The official CBSE recruitment page currently lists result releases through the fourth phase; the August 23 declaration cited above is based on the press release provided for the latest result announcement.
