Kalaburagi: Kedaralinga Kumbar of Balaganur village in Sindagi taluk, Vijayapura district has begun his padayatra to Ayodhya, with 56kg of wheat. He has been practising walking 20km carrying a bundle every day.He took this initiative to pray to Lord Ram that every household should have 1 cow, to protect cows. He said that if every family owns a cow, then there will not be any poverty in the country, after all farmers adopt to organic farming.He was taking a break in Afzalpur and continued his journey on Wednesday. He was accompanied by 4 others from his village. He said that he will reach Ayodhya after walking for two months.Gurupadappa, one of his associates, said that they are receiving immense response from the public, and people are volunteering to help them with providing food and other necessary things along the journey.He added that there is no lack of helpful people in India. People are sending their prayers by serving Kedaralinga on his journey, he added.
