The estate spans roughly 5.79 acres, surrounded by rolling hills and untouched nature in Hunting Valley, while the mansion covers 17,000 sq. ft.The most controversial quarterback married Jilly Anais in Miami in July 2025. He lives with the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model in the posh Cleveland-area residence.

It underwent extensive renovations in 2021, just before Watson acquired it in 2022.As per listing agent David Ayers of the Young Team at Keller Williams Greater Metropolitan in Pepper Pike, the English-style home is “the most prestigious and remarkable property in the region.” Majestic Steel CEO Todd Leebow was the seller who listed the property for $6.9 million. He bought it for $4.7 million in 2017.Inside, the 17,241-sq-ft manor boasts five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and multiple spaces designed both for relaxation and entertainment.The lavishly designed estate features a gourmet kitchen, office and media room, a second laundry room, a swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts, a stocked fishing pond, multiple patios, and a fitness room measuring close to 3,000 sq ft. A carriage house on the property provides parking and additional living space.The abode also includes a separate cigar area and a tasting room for entertaining purposes. From that fourth-floor cigar and tasting room, one can access a terrace and rooftop lookout with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and river valley.One of the house’s most luxurious spaces is its lower-level entertainment area. The club level comprises a 12-seat theater, gaming area, lounge, walkout patio, and full bar. It creates a perfect setup for movie nights to larger gatherings. It could be Watson’s favorite corner of the house.The primary master suite is particularly expansive, featuring a private bathroom, dressing room, and office. Deshaun Watson previously lived in Houston. The 5,264 sq-foot dwelling boasted five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The humble abode was surrounded by lush greenery and featured a resort-style backyard pool.From the main entrance, guests entered an expansive living room with large windows and a stylish fireplace. The chef’s kitchen featured marble countertops and state-of-the-art appliances.The primary suite featured a statement window, a large walk-in closet, and two cozy seating areas. The bathroom featured double vanities and elegant tiled flooring. The mansion also consisted of a large home theater with a projector and comfy chairs. Outside, a grill and cozy seating area offered peace and privacy.Deshaun Watson bought the Houston mansion for $1.8 million, as per the Realtor website. He listed the abode for $1.65 million in 2017, but later withdrew it in January 2018.The NFL quarterback listed it again for $1.8 million in February 2025. By June 2025, he reduced the price to $1.65 million. He finally found a buyer, according to a Realtor.com article from August 2025.
