Flight returns to Belagavi due to technical fault

The passengers were worried after a technical fault was detected in the plane. A disaster was averted as the plane landed safely.Sambra Airport director S Thyagarajan said that the plane, which took off at 7.50am, was supposed to land in Mumbai at 8.50am. However, due to a technical fault, it did not go to Mumbai and instead landed in Belagavi at 8.40am, 40 minutes after take-off.The plane did not make an emergency landing. It landed at the terminal naturally. The passengers were sent on another plane. All the passengers are safe, he clarified.
