Bengaluru: Whitefield police arrested a 24-year-old interstate vehicle thief and recovered 20 stolen two-wheelers from him. The accused, B Firoz, a resident of Hoskote and native of Anantapur district in Andhra Pradesh, was working as a driver with a taxi aggregator.Firoz was caught on Sept 8 while cops were investigating a theft complaint filed by a Whitefield resident. The complainant had parked his bike behind ITPL mall gate on Aug 30 and found it missing when he returned in the afternoon. Acting on the complaint, police examined CCTV camera feeds and traced Firoz to Kotturu village, where he was arrested on Sept 7.
