Bengaluru: Deputy chief minister and KPCC president DK Shivakumar issued an order Tuesday appointing ministers to take charge of the five municipalities created under Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA).“As discussed on several occasions, it is essential that the party organisation within the jurisdiction of the five Bengaluru municipalities be strengthened and prepared for the forthcoming elections. To this end, ministers from Bengaluru have been designated as in-charge leaders for each municipality,” Shivakumar said in a note.The ministers are: Bengaluru East Corporation – Krishna Byre GowdaBengaluru West – Byrathi SureshBengaluru North – KJ GeorgeBengaluru South – Ramalinga ReddyBengaluru Central – Dinesh Gundu Rao and Zameer Ahmed Khan
