The govt has decided to set up a special enquiry team (SET) to look into the episode involving unverified sleaze videos allegedly linked to suspended DGP K Ramachandra Rao. According to home dept sources, SET will be headed by an IPS officer of the rank of ADGP and is mandated to verify the authenticity of the alleged videos, including ascertaining when, where and under what circumstances they were recorded. The team will also examine related aspects connected to the episode.
