Sadhguru urges people to spare 2 minutes to learn about India’s natural resources

Bengaluru: Sadhguru announced that the consecration of Linga Bhairavi, the Navagraha temples, and Teerthakund will be held from Sep 28 to Oct 2 at Sadhguru Sannidhi, Avalagurki, off the Bengaluru–Chikkaballapur highway.Speaking during Makara Sankranti celebrations at the ashram Wednesday, he said the consecration would be an intensive process. Home to Adiyogi, Yogeshwar Linga, and Naga shrines, Sadhguru Sannidhi is envisioned as a spiritual and cultural anchor for Karnataka. In his Sankranti message, Sadhguru urged people to spend two minutes daily to educate themselves and raise awareness about soil, water, and other natural resources. “Everybody should know that without doing this, we can’t build a nation. We are looking at a bleak future because India currently plans to become a developed nation by 2047. A developed nation does not mean an empty stomach. A developed country first means that there is an adequate and abundant amount of food for people to consume so that people are not only nourished, but also healthy and well,” he said. He also called for support for local farmers and the nurturing of farmlands.
