The expo aims to bridge the gap between customers and construction companies to realise their dream homes. The event, held at the grounds opposite Deshpande Startups near Gokul Road Airport, was inaugurated by former chief minister and MP Jagadish Shettar and actress Rachita Ram.Shettar said that the expo is a golden opportunity for citizens to purchase their dream homes, plots, apartments, and farmhouses. “All quality material needed for constructing a dream home, from plot purchase to construction, is showcased under one roof. It’s not just about building a house; furniture required for home décor is also available here. This is the largest property expo in North Karnataka, and people should take advantage of it,” he added.Huda President Shakir Sanadi expressed happiness that real estate expos, previously limited to Bengaluru, are now being organised in Hubballi. “The Credai unit has provided an opportunity to view plots, flats, commercial spaces, new construction materials, and modern interior designs under one roof, which will boost the real estate industry in Hubballi-Dharwad. Huda will always stand with Credai for such good initiatives,” he said.Credai Hubballi-Dharwad president Gururaj Annigeri stated that, for the first time, in collaboration with Yash Events, more than 150 stalls were set up in an area of 1 lakh square feet, attracting property builders and consultants not only from North Karnataka but also from Bengaluru, Mysuru, Davanagere, and other districts. “A Dubai-based company is also participating, which is special. For many years, there was a desire to organise a property expo, but it was not possible due to various reasons. Additionally, nationalised banks opened stalls to provide loan facilities,” he asserted.Credai state president Pradeep Raikar, Credai Hub-Dharwad chairpersonn Sanjay Kothari, president-elect Amrut Mehrwade, secretary Satish Munavalli, and Credai officials Suraj Alavandi, Ismail Sanshi, and former MP Prof IG Sanadi were present.
