Mangaluru: A 17-year-old girl from Gujarat was rescued by the train ticket examiner (TTE) and RPF team, in Udupi on Tuesday.The incident occurred in the general compartment of train No.16337, Okha Express. TTE Umesh Krishnan, during ticket checking, found the girl without a ticket. The RPF was informed, and she was handed over to the Child Help Desk, Udupi, for further action.
