Belagavi: Chikodi MP Priyanka Jarkiholi offered to fly 15 students from schools and colleges in the Chikodi educational district to watch Parliament proceedings at her own expense. The students will travel to New Delhi from Sambra Airport at 8.45am on Dec 15. Komala Havaldar, Daneshwari Chougala, Sneha Pujeri, Srushti Padolkar, Amruta Terani, Vishalakshi Shelar, Roopa Hadaginal, Nirmita Savadatti, Revati Madar, Srushti Akkiwate, Sanjana Patil, Aishwarya Patil, and Kaveri Mallapure, who scored the highest marks in the SSLC and II PUC examinations of 2024-25 in the Chikodi education district, will travel to Delhi. In Belagavi, selected school and college students are being given the opportunity to watch the winter session of Karnataka state legislation. Similarly, students are being taken to New Delhi with the aim of getting the opportunity to watch the parliamentary proceedings, said MP Priyanka Jarkiholi.
