However, she sustained only minor injuries.The MLA was en route from Devdurg to Hubballi with her family to attend a wedding. During the journey, another vehicle belonging to her, which was ahead of her car, encountered a dog near Gollapalli Ghat.The driver of that vehicle suddenly applied the brakes, causing the supporters’ car behind to collide with the MLA’s car. As a result of the impact, Karemma, who was seated in the front, suffered injuries to her chest and forehead.She was immediately taken to the govt hospital in Sindhanur for first aid before resuming her trip to Hubballi.After hearing about the incident, Lingasugur MLA Manappa Vajjal visited the hospital to check on her condition.
