Madikeri: Madikeri police have succeeded in arresting five accused in connection with an alleged theft case that occured at a photo studio.On Sept 27, masked thieves broke the shutters of the studio owned by Abdul Rehman on Kohinoor Road complex in Madikeri and stole some valuable equipment, including a printer. A case was registered at Madikeri police station following a complaint from Abdul Rehman.Police, who arrested five accused after conducting an investigation, took them to the crime scene on Friday and produced them before a judge. They were remanded to judicial custody.The arrested accused are Mohammed Suhel, 24, of Bethu village, Mohammed Mubashir, 20, of Hodavada village, Mohammed Jainuddin, 20, of Kunjila village, Muzamil, 20, of Kolakeri village, and Fayaz, 25, of Bethu village. A colour printer and cables were seized from the arrested persons.
