Bigg Boss 20 contestant Qazi Touqeer, who is currently one of the most discussed contestants, recently opened up about his bond with Bollywood’s popular singer, Arijit Singh. Arijit and Qazi, who met on their first singing reality show, ‘Fame Gurukul’ 20 years ago, still share a close bond and have maintained their friendship over the years. In the latest episode, during a conversation with Aman Gandhi, Qazi said, “Agar main crazy hoon na, toh woh crazypan ka baap hai. Hum dono crazy hain. Agar hum future mein collaborate karenge na bahot mazaa aayega.”When Aman mentioned that Qazi is making the remark on national television and Arijit would watch it, Qazi replied to him saying that Arijit does not care about such things. “Usko ghan*a farak padta hai kaun kya bol raha hai uske baare mein,” he said.He continued to praise the singer, he said, “Woh alag level ka banda hai. He is a mad scientist. Woh space ship mein rehta hai. Woh genius hai bhai.” He expressed his love for Qazi by blowing a kiss towards the camera and said, “Love you” to Arijit.In the same episode, Qazi was seen discussing Arijit with other contestants, he said he has great respect for the singer and finds it hard to express his admiration in words. He then paid tribute to Arijit by singing Tum Hi Ho from Aashiqui 2. “Main uski itni izzat karta hoon ke alfaaz kum pad gaye, I love you Arijit.”Youg DSA and Aman also expressed their love for Arijit and Yung even revealed that he wants to meet the ‘Aashiqui 2’ singer. The Pune-based rapper also shared how Arijit Singh leads a simple life and wears chappals for award function and stage shows.Recently, Arijit Singh admitted that he will watch the Salman Khan-hosted reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ for the first time because of contestant Qazi Touqeer.The ‘Kesariya Tera’ singer took to his X account (Earlier known as Twitter) and expressed his thoughts about his good friend Qazi, he wrote “I will have to watch BIG BOSS for the first time in my life cz Apna Rockstar QAZI hai udhar.(sic).”For the uninitiated, Arijit and Qazi were co-contestants in the 2005 reality show ‘Fame Gurukul,’ and the duo has maintained their friendship for the last 21 years.Qazi shared a video few months back on his Instagram account from his visit to Arijit Singh. The two were seen spending time together in Arijit’s hometown, Jiaganj, where they rode around on a scooty and also visited his cricket academy.
