CREDAI to govt: Take action to fix tech issues in offices

Mysuru: Confederation of the Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) on Wednesday urged the state govt to take immediate action to fix technical issues in govt offices.Speaking to reporters, CREDAI president Harish Shenoy MS said that people are facing problems in getting e-khata, as they are often told that the server is down or the software is not functioning properly. The technical failures in the implementation of e-khata are causing problems not only for developers but also for property owners, he stated. The govt must fix the technical issues to issue e-khata immediately, and the govt must set a time limit to issue e-khata.Meanwhile, for registering GPA, the new rule requiring the production of a life certificate for every transaction has became a burden for senior citizens and non-residents, and it should be abolished, CREDAI urged.
