The injured child is Ahmed Ramiz Bisty,2.According to eyewitnesses, Ahmed was playing in a narrow lane near his residence when 7 to 8 stray dogs suddenly pounced on him. The dogs dragged the toddler and bit him repeatedly, inflicting multiple severe injuries across his body. The brutal attack sent shockwaves through the neighbourhood.Hearing the child’s cries, local residents rushed to the spot, managed to chase away the dogs, and rescued him. The injured toddler was immediately shifted to a private hospital in the city, where he is undergoing treatment. Doctors described his condition as serious but stable.
