Mysuru: The Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie, in collaboration with the Administrative Training Institute (ATI), Mysuru, is organising the Strategic Leadership and Mentoring Workshop for District Magistrates and District Collectors – Edition 3.0, on Friday at ATI.This third edition of the workshop organised at ATI brings together 40 officials from the southern region, including Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Puducherry, creating a platform for collaborative learning and governance innovation.LBSNAA director Sriram Taranikanti will inaugurate the workshop, a release stated.This will be followed by an overview of district training initiatives by Shanmuga Priya Mishra, deputy director (senior), LBSNAA.V Lalithalaxmi, secretary, CBC, will then share lessons from the field focusing on evolving training needs, and Sowjanya, joint director, LBSNAA, will present key governance indicators from a regional perspective.In the afternoon, district magistrates will participate in a round table discussion on challenges faced in district training, followed by an interaction with the director of LBSNAA for strategic guidance. The day will conclude with a session on the way forward and valediction.
