Dharwad: Dharwad district superintendent of police Gunjan Arya has suspended two constables attached to Hubballi Rural police station on charges of dereliction of duty.Constables Sangamesh Sagar and Chandrakant Rathod were suspended on charges that the duo did not take necessary precautionary measures in connection with the honour killing of Manya at Inam Veerapur village in Hubballi taluk. An inquiry is pending.
