Bengaluru: A 35-year-old lighting technician allegedly fell to his death from Makkala Maramma Devi temple gopura (tower) at Vyalikaval Wednesday afternoon. The victim, Arjuna, was removing decorative lights from the gopura, which is about 20 feet high.Police said he climbed the tower at 3.30pm and accidentally slipped while removing the lights. He was not electrocuted.
