Bengaluru: The high court received another email — it’s fourth — containing a bomb threat. The email, sent on Sept 15 from kanimozhi_thevidiya@hotmail.com, said: “3RDX IEDs In High Court Premises, Evacuate Judges Soon.“Police declared the threat a hoax after a search. The HC’s joint registrar filed a complaint and Central CEN crime police registered a case under Information Technology Act and under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Sections 351 (criminal intimidation) and 352 (statements conducing to public mischief).The threatening email was sent to the court’s official mail ID, a police officer said. On June 9, HC received a similar threat email on rghck.kar@nic.in by abdul_abdia@outlook.com. Another one was received on June 24 by renee_joshilda@hotmail.com and the third threat was received on July 25 by bhagwanthmann@yandex.com.Police are yet to make any major breakthrough in the cases.
