Mysuru: KPCC working president and Narasimharaja MLA Tanveer Sait said the Congress high command is expected to issue a clear directive on the party’s affairs in Karnataka within the next two days.He remarked that decisions can change at any moment depending on the will of the high command. “Delays or indecision can sometimes prove risky,” he warned. Speaking to reporters in Mysuru on Saturday, Sait noted that MLAs are not aware of any discussions on power sharing or other internal matters. “We should not react to hearsay or fuel rumours,” he said.He added that early clarity from the high command would have prevented the confusion that has persisted for the last two-and-a-half years. “No one is disappointed. When the high command decides, even the impossible becomes possible,” he said. Sait expressed deep gratitude to deputy chief minister DK Shivakumar, saying, “He gave me a political life. I have said this before. This is not about gain or loss—I am simply speaking my mind.”He also reaffirmed his respect for chief minister Siddaramaiah, recalling that when he was an independent corporator, Siddaramaiah played a role in elevating him as JD(S) mayoral candidate. “I climbed the ladder through such experiences,” he added.
