DCP Law & Order Mahaning Nandagavi said that the DG-IGP sought details of crimes, reviewed files, and instructed all cops to behave with courtesy towards the public who come to police stations. Sources said that Saleem also visited Gokul Road police station and interacted with personnel. After listening to the grievances of the personnel, he assured them of attending to these issues soon. He paid a visit to the police quarters and instructed officials to provide the required infrastructure. Police commissioner N Shashi Kumar, Dharwad SP Gunjan Arya, and other officials were present on the occasion.
