Speaking on the occasion, Congress leader Deepak Chinchore accused Union minister Pralhad Joshi of shifting the Aadhaar Seva Kendra from Dharwad to Hubballi. He said hundreds of people visit this centre daily for services such as new Aadhaar card enrolment, name correction, updates and corrections, change of address, mobile number linking, and other related services. The centre provided services in a simple manner and within a short time, even for a large number of applicants. As a result, people not only from Dharwad city and rural areas but also from neighbouring taluks used to come here, he said Earlier, the members of Dharwad Dhwani took out a padayatra from Mandi Plaza near Kittur Chennamma Park to the DC’s office and submitted a memorandum.
