Mysuru: The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Mysuru Zone hosted the Annual Manufacturing and Technology Conclave 2025, which brought together over 150 delegates from across Karnataka’s industrial sector.Held under the theme ‘Building World-Class Competitiveness through Technology, Automation and Quality Excellence’, the day-long event provided a platform for industry leaders, policymakers, and MSMEs to discuss innovation-driven growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence.The inaugural session featured speakers including Rabindra Srikantan, Vijaykrishnan Venkatesan, Pavan Ranga, Nagaraja Gargeshwari, V Eswara Rao, Sam Cherian, Utsav Agarwal, and Kiran Ranga. Their insights set the tone for discussions on strengthening Mysuru’s industrial ecosystem and making it a model for manufacturing excellence.In a joint statement, Nagaraja Gargeshwari and Kiran Ranga reaffirmed CII Mysuru’s commitment to helping industries move from efficiency to excellence. “This conclave highlights Mysuru’s readiness to lead in innovation, process reliability, and quality. By fostering collaboration between industry, academia, and govt, we are creating frameworks that enable MSMEs to grow sustainably,” they said.The conclave also featured thematic sessions on total productive maintenance (TPM) and total quality management (TQM), smart factories, artificial intelligence and IoT, defence and aerospace precision manufacturing, and workforce transformation.
