Bengaluru: The Karnataka State Film Awards for Kannada films of 2021 were announced Friday with actor Rakshit Shetty bagging the best actor honour for his performance in 777 Charlie.Raghu KM’s Doddahatti Boregowda was declared the frst best film, while 777 Charlie secured the second best film award.Bisilu Kudure, directed by Hridaya Shiva, was named third best film.In other major categories, Pramod and Umashree were adjudged best supporting actors. Music director Imtiyaz Sultan received the award for best music director for Bisilu Kudure.Among child artistes, Master Atish Shetty and Baby Bhairavi won best child actor for Cake and Bhairavi respectively.
