MANGALURUA ccording to the complaint filed by Raghava, 54, a resident of Dharmasthala village, on Sunday morning, he went beneath the Netravathi bridge to collect coconuts floating in the river. There, he noticed the body of an unidentified person, approximately 55–60 years old, floating in the water. The body was severely decomposed, making identification impossible.Based on his complaint, Dharmasthala Police Station has registered a case under Section 194 of the BNSS.
