Pic: The windshield of the school bus was shattered following a crash with a cement mixing tanker in Kalaburagi city on TuesdayKalaburagi: A collision occurred between a cement mixing tanker and a school bus on Naganahalli Ring Road in the city around 8.30am on Tuesday, injuring six students. According to police sources, the school bus, owned by Chandrakant Patil Public School, was travelling from the Ram Mandir towards Naganahalli Ring Road, when a tanker transporting cement from Wadi hit the bus. The front section of the school bus sustained significant damage, with the windshield completely shattered. A complaint was filed regarding this incident at Kalaburagi City traffic police station-2. The injured students have been named as Aditya, 12, Preetham Ninganna, 6, Supreet, 9, Sainath, 13, Dakshit, 7, and Vikrant, 14. Aditya was taken to Kamareddy Hospital in the city, Preetham to Bilwa Hospital, while the other four children were admitted to Basaveshwar Hospital, according to police.
