Events lined up for Prabhakar Kore’s 78th b’day | Hubballi News
Belagavi: A series of events is lined up at Ankali village of Chikodi taluk on Friday to celebrate 78th birthday of KLE Society chairman Prabhakar Kore. The celebrations include a national-level wrestling competition, a mega health camp, and a cultural night. BJP state president B Y Vijayendra will inaugurate the event at 3pm in the presence of Belagavi MP Jagadish Shettar, MLC and govt’s special representative in Delhi Prakash Hukkeri, and MLAs Ganesh Hukkeri, Duryodhan Aihole, Raju Kage, and former MLC Mahantesh Kavatagimath. Gavisiddheshwar Swami of Gavimath, Koppal, and Laxmisen Bhattarak Pattacharya Swami of Kolhapur will grace the occasion. From 11am, a mega free health check-up camp will be held at Anubhav Mantap in Shivalaya Temple in Ankali. Over 9,000 people have registered for the camp.
